Thirteen Students Participate in Capital Farm Credit's 2018 Internship Program

13 students join #teamCFC during Summer 2018 as part of our internship program.

"We are honored to provide a competitive program that provides students a great opportunity to learn and grow professionally," said Randy Breitling, vice president, human resources. "We received a number of highly qualified applicants once again and selected the best of the best to join us for our 10-week program. We are proud of them all."

Students are able to experience orientation, training and networking events- in addition to working within daily operations of Capital Farm Credit's corporate and credit offices throughout 


Amy Stoermer of Marion, Texas is a senior pursuing a master's degree in financial management at Texas A&M University. She is working with our Bryan credit office. Amy enjoys cooking and working out, as well as spending time with animals.
Ashley Bradley of Boerne, Texas recently graduated from Texas A&M University with an agricultural economics degree. Ashley, working with our Katy credit office, enjoys traveling and playing soccer.

Aubrey Bilicek of Richmond, Texas is a senior pursuing degrees in agricultural economics, finance and real estate from Texas A&M University. Aubrey, working with our Rosenberg credit office, enjoys hunting and training service dogs.

Chukwudi Mbagwu of Abuja, Nigeria is pursuing a master's degree in finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Chukwudi, who will be working in our Hondo Accounting office, enjoys playing soccer and boxing.

Corey Parish of Conroe, Texas is pursuing a master's degree in agribusiness from Texas A&M University. Working out of our Bryan Corporate office in the finance department, Corey enjoys swimming and reading during free time.

Emma Winkler of Bainbridge Island, WA is a junior pursuing a degree in agriculture and food business economics at Washington State University. Working out of our San Antonio credit office, Emma enjoys hiking, riding horses and archery in her free time.

John "Colton" Stephens of Lubbock Texas is pursuing a master's degree in Agribusiness from Texas Tech University. Colton, working out of our Littlefield credit office, enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.

Jennifer Stanley of China Spring, Texas is a senior pursuing an agribusiness degree with certificate in international trade and agriculture from Texas A&M University. Working out of our Wichita Falls credit office, Jennifer enjoys crafting, sewing and shooting clays in her free time.

Kolby Klapper of Pavilion, New York is a senior pursuing a finance degree from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. A Division I cheerleader that enjoys exploring the outdoors, Kolby will be working out of our Austin credit office.

Matthew Phillips of Uvalde, Texas is a senior pursuing an agribusiness degree from Angelo State University. Matthew, working out of our Uvalde credit office, enjoys cooking, hunting and fishing in his spare time.

Rene Molina of Laredo, Texas is a senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University. Rene, who will be working out of our Laredo credit office, enjoys playing tennis and running in his free time.

Sydney Armatta of Bay City, Texas is a senior agricultural business major at Sam Houston State University. In her free time, Sydney, who will be working out of our Bay City credit office, enjoys outside activities with family and friends.

Tisharra Thompson of San Antonio, Texas is a senior accounting and finance double-major at Prairie View A&M University. Working out of our Bryan Corporate office in the Internal Audit department, Tisharra enjoys working out in her free time.
