Bylaws

Capital Farm Credit is a cooperative owned by the farmers, ranchers, and rural residents across Texas that we have the pleasure of serving. Additionally, Capital Farm Credit's Board of Directors provides strategic direction to the organization through their guidance, leadership and prospective. Each board member has an important responsibility in approving changes to our Capital Management, and our farmers and ranchers participate in selecting the stockholder members of that Board—which is primarily made up of stockholders.

You can find a copy of our bylaws here.

These bylaws outline the governing structure of our organization, including the director election process and our capitalization structure.
