Medina Valley High School senior named San Antonio Market's Ag Student of the Week - Week 6

Current Ag Involvement:
I am currently serving as the Medina Valley FFA Chapter President, as well as at the Area VII 2nd Vice President.  Through these leadership positions, I have advocated for agriculture to my peers, my community and even at a national level by serving as a delegate at the 2023 National FFA convention in Indianapolis, Indiana. 
Through FFA, I participate in Chapter Conducting, Public Relations, Livestock Judging and Agronomy.  I also am in my tenth year of raising market steers to exhibit at my county show, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston.  In addition to FFA, I also help my family with their operation of beef cattle.  

College to Attend: Texas A&M University, College Station, majoring in animal science.

Career Goal: My ultimate goal is to become a veterinarian and open my own practice.
