Allyson Tjoelker named FCCS Accelerator of the Year

Allyson Tjoelker, SVP of missions and YBS lending, was recently selected as the FCCS 2023 Accelerator of the Year. Allyson’s vision and energy for our YBS (young, beginning, and small) culture and development make her an ideal candidate for this award.

FCCS annually recognizes individuals for their incredible contributions to accelerate growth and success within the Farm Credit System. Allyson was nominated for the Accelerator of the Year by Capital Farm Credit’s executive management team for her leadership in rebuilding the YBS loan program and accelerating the AgVista loan program. She has excelled quickly in her role, developing programs within Capital Farm Credit for the next generation audience.

Allyson established the first YBS lender forum to advocate for YBS programs and developed resources for CFC's local markets. Along with internal resources, she also recognized the need for resources for our YBS customers, resulting in financial literacy tools to increase the success and longevity of YBS ag operations. Allyson led association efforts in hosting more than 50 YBS producers for the first AgriRoots Next Generation Conference, a 2-day educational and networking event for CFC customers and YBS producers in Lubbock, Texas.

Allyson’s impact is visionary, cross-functional, and collaborative. Her program development and leadership have truly made a difference at Capital Farm Credit.

Congratulations, Allyson!
