Annual Incentive
Our annual incentive program celebrates your year’s achievements with a cash boost. Each employee’s compensation is tied to CFC’s overall performance, and everyone shares in the association’s success.
401(k) Plan
We’ll help you build toward your future with our 401(k) Plan. Employees can contribute pretax dollars to their plan account that offers a variety of investment options. The plan also features an employer match of up to 9%!
Insurance Benefits
All full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, plus business travel insurance to support your peace of mind.
Paid Time Off
Full-time employees earn vacation and sick leave on their first day. Vacation begins at 13 days per year with increases at 5 and 10 years of service. Sick leave is earned at 15 days per year. Employees also receive 12 paid holidays per year.
