Meet The Host

Clint Cryer
Clint Cryer is the senior vice president of lending and relationship management at Capital Farm Credit, a position he has held since June 2021. In this role, he oversees retail lending operations and leads the association’s market leadership teams, focusing on delivering financial services to agricultural producers and rural communities across Texas.
Before joining Capital Farm Credit, Cryer served as the director of agricultural lending at PlainsCapital Bank in Lubbock, Texas, where he managed production and commercial agriculture customer portfolios. Prior to that, he was the regional agribusiness manager for CoBank in Lubbock.
Cryer is a graduate of Texas Tech University, earning a B.S. in agriculture and applied economics in 2001.
