After 25 years of service, Edna Relationship Manager Debra Tomas will retire on Aug. 31. Debra’s career at Capital Farm Credit reflects a legacy of leadership, dedication and unwavering commitment to both her borrowers and her community.

Throughout her time with Capital Farm Credit, Debra has consistently demonstrated what it means to be borrower-focused, community-centered and fully aligned with both the borrower’s mission and the mission of CFC.

Her impact extends far beyond the office. Debra’s involvement in county youth fairs, local organizational clubs, Feed the Farmer initiatives, and her steadfast support of local FFA and 4-H chapters have helped shape Capital Farm Credit into something greater than a lending institution. She has truly made us a partner in rural communities.

Debra doesn’t just manage accounts, she champions people. She embodies the definition of “borrower-driven,” always recognizing that behind every application and handshake is a family, an operation and a dream. She has navigated the ag industry’s highs and lows with professionalism and integrity, earning the deep trust and respect of both members and her colleagues.

Debra’s legacy will continue to inspire those who follow in her footsteps long after her retirement. Please join us in celebrating Debra’s career.
