Capital Farm Credit extends its deepest gratitude to outgoing Board of Director Terry McAlister, who has spent the last 32 years serving as an elected representative to Farm Credit shareholders.
McAlister of Electra, Texas, owns and operates a diversified farming and ranching operation in Wichita and Wilbarger counties. Spanning 40 years and three generations, the operation incorporates both stocker cattle and cow-calf enterprises, along with no-till wheat, cotton, canola and sesame field crops.
“Terry’s leadership, steady perspective and lifelong commitment to agriculture have strengthened our organization and our rural communities in meaningful ways,” said CFC President and CEO Jeff Norte. “His multigenerational operation and deep industry involvement reflect the very values Farm Credit was built on. We are sincerely thankful for his contributions and wish him continued success in the years ahead.”
