Annual Meeting

Each year, Capital Farm Credit’s Annual Meeting brings our cooperative together to review performance, share updates, and take part in important governance decisions. As a member-owned organization, this is your opportunity to stay informed and engaged in the future of Capital Farm Credit.

What is the Annual Meeting?

The Annual Meeting of Stockholders is a key part of our cooperative structure. It’s where members can:

  • Review the Association’s financial and operational performance
  • Hear updates from leadership
  • Participate in the director election process
  • Stay informed on important governance matters

Your participation helps ensure Capital Farm Credit continues to serve the needs of agriculture and rural communities across Texas.

At the 2026 Annual Meeting, stockholders will:

  • Review 2025 corporate and financial performance
  • Receive the report of the Nominating Committee
  • Hear nominations for Board of Directors positions
  • Review candidates for the 2027 Nominating Committee
  • Approve the final slate of director candidates
  • Learn about the independent voting tabulation process
  • Conduct any additional business as needed

Voting & Ballot Information

Ballots are scheduled to be mailed on May 20, 2026. Only holders of Class B voting stock as of February 28, 2026 will receive a ballot. If you are a non-voting stockholder (such as those with certain loan or insurance products), you may receive meeting materials but will not receive a ballot.
