Shelley Heinrich serves as the Southern Plains Regional Communications Manager for the Cotton Board in Lubbock County. Heinrich has spent the past seven years educating producers on cotton research and promotional programs. She and her husband run a family farm in Lubbock, Lynn, and Motley counties, operating both row-crop and cow-calf operations. Shelley received her BBS in accounting with a minor in finance from Lubbock Christian University.  Prior to establishing her full-time career in the ag industry, Shelley served in the banking industry for 27 years. She has served on the South Plains Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership (TALL) planning committee, and the NRCS State Technical Advisory Committee and the Agronomy Sub Committee.
