Kenton B. Kimball owns and manages a 4,000-acre farm and stocker cattle operation in Sherman County. He has served as president of the Stratford Independent School Board and Stratford Hospital Board. He also has served on the Sherman County Economic Development Board, Sherman County Livestock Show Board, Sherman County Soil and Conservation Board and the Sherman County Appraisal Board. Kimball has a BBA with a major in finance from Kansas State University.

Josh McDonald is the CFO of Blue Sky Farms and serves on its Board of Directors. He grew up driving tractors and cotton strippers in West Texas, and his entrepreneurial spirit was evident when he started his farm at the age of 15, growing the business to this day. In 2012, he partnered with Harry Dewit on a dairy in Central Texas and eventually merged his operation into Blue Sky Farms. Today, in addition to being CFO, McDonald continues as a partner and oversees the row crop farming operation. McDonald especially enjoys developing talent and helping others grow in knowledge, experience and leadership skills. He enjoys leading teams into new ventures and has a keen eye for enhancing business with technology and innovation. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Capital Farm Credit, he serves on the Joint Benefits Committee of two of CFC’s credit funding banks: Farm Credit Bank of Texas and Ag First. McDonald received his undergraduate degree in business administration and his master’s in professional accounting from West Texas A&M University. He also holds a master’s in commercial real estate development from Georgetown University. Combining his knowledge of agriculture with an extensive business background, McDonald felt led to help other entrepreneurs with their business decisions through a financial management advisory firm he co-founded with Harry Dewit and KR in 2013. He also has an active real estate business focused on developing rural communities. McDonald is a partner of Water and More, a retail irrigation business, and serves on its board of directors. McDonald enjoys sharing his passion for agriculture with the next generation and runs beef stocker cattle with his son, Aidan. Through an additional business, providing bridge loans in the real estate space, McDonald funds projects for young people entering the field. He also supports agriculture preservation through his service to the local Soil and Water Conservation Board. McDonald believes that rural America is an exceptional area to raise a family, and he contributes both his talents and treasure to continue making it great. McDonald and Kristen, his wife of 20 years, have two children, Aidan and Jacey, who honor and continue their parents’ and grandparents’ legacy of support for rural communities.

Terry McAlister of Electra owns and operates a diversified farming and ranching operation in Wichita and Wilbarger counties. Spanning 40 years and three generations, the operation incorporates both stocker cattle and cow-calf enterprises, along with no-till wheat, cotton, canola and sesame field crops. McAlister attended Vernon Regional College, majoring in farm and ranch management. He completed the Texas A&M Extension Master Marketer Program and the Southwest Graduate School of Banking’s Director Development and participated in Texas A&M’s Texas Executive Program for Ag Producers. McAlister has served on the Wichita County Farm Bureau Board, the North Texas Rehabilitation Center Board and the North Texas Rehab Livestock Auction Committee, as well as sits on the Northern Rolling Plains Boll Weevil Eradication Committee.

Shelley Heinrich serves as the Southern Plains regional communications manager for the Cotton Board in Lubbock County. Heinrich has spent the past seven years educating producers on cotton research and promotional programs. She and her husband run a family farm in Lubbock, Lynn and Motley counties, operating both row-crop and cow-calf operations. Heinrich received her BBS in accounting with a minor in finance from Lubbock Christian University. Prior to establishing her full-time career in the ag industry, Heinrich served in the banking industry for 27 years. She has served on the South Plains Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership (TALL) planning committee, the NRCS State Technical Advisory Committee and the Agronomy Sub Committee.

Lowell Woodward of Alpine, a fourth-generation West Texas rancher, has ranched in Pecos, Crockett and Brewster counties for more than 30 years, where he runs a purebred Brangus cow-calf operation. He also raises fine wool sheep, market goats and paint horses. Woodward was a director of the Rio Grande Electric Co-op for 12 years and has also been involved in the wind energy development in Pecos and Crockett counties. He was also a founding director of Producers Marketing Cooperative Incorporated, a wool and mohair co-op, and is a director and committeeman of the Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association. Woodward is a past director of the Region F Water Planning Group and past president of the Pecos County Farm Bureau, also recognized as Pecos County Conservation Rancher of the Year. Woodward is a graduate of the Texas Christian University Ranch Management Program.

Dale Crenwelge operates agricultural and investment properties in Central and West Texas. He received his B.S. in civil engineering from Texas A&M University in 1981 and then worked for Conoco as a project engineer. He subsequently earned his MBA from Texas A&M University in 1985 and became a real estate broker and investor, owning ranch, commercial real estate and residential development properties. Crenwelge has served as a trustee of the American Realty Trust. A past trustee and president of the Comfort ISD School Board and past director of Ambleside School and Hill Country Higher Education Foundation, Crenwelge is currently a trustee of Hill Country Memorial Hospital in Fredericksburg. He also has been active in the Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Boerne and Comfort Chambers of Commerce.

Paul Aelvoet of Hondo farms and ranches in Medina County. His farming operation consists of raising corn, cotton and grain sorghum. He is also the managing partner of DA Cattle Company, a Limousin and Angus cattle seedstock operation. Aelvoet is co-chairman of the Hondo 4-H Booster Club and has served as vice president for the Medina County Fair Association, the Texas Limousin Association and the Medina County Farm Bureau. He is also a past president of the Hondo Soccer Association and currently serves on the Medina County Livestock Board. Aelvoet has also received the Hondo Chamber of Commerce Agriculture Business of the Year and the 4-H Texas Salute to Excellence awards.

Zachary McLemore brings two decades of agricultural experience to his role on Capital Farm Credit’s Board of Directors. A lifelong farmer and agribusiness leader, McLemore and his wife own and operate a 7,200-acre irrigated row crop farm in Cameron County, Texas. Their operation also includes Regal AG, a commercial grain elevator, farm store and seed dealership, providing vital resources to local producers. With a strong background in cooperative leadership, McLemore has served on multiple agricultural boards, gaining valuable insight into member-driven organizations.

Wade Lowry is a fifth-generation rancher in Comal County. He and his wife, Raegan, operate a beef-to-consumer program, serving grass-fed and grain-fed beef to multiple counties in the Texas Hill Country for more than 12 years. Wade also owns and operates an excavation company, building custom commercial and residential landscapes. In addition to these ventures, he also owns and operates Two Dove Outdoors, an apparel company based in Kingsville. Wade is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He serves on multiple boards in the Comal County community and stewards his three children to be sixth-generation ranchers.

Shane Sklar is a fourth-generation farmer and rancher from Edna, Texas. He is the owner of El Toro Farms, which specializes in cotton and corn production. Sklar and his father, Darrell, own Sklar & Son Cattle, a cow-calf operation with cattle in Jackson and Bee County. Together, they manage Sklar Seed, a grain sorghum, soybean and corn seed sales company that markets the LG Seeds brand. Sklar is married to Jackson County Judge Jill Sklar. The two have three children: Maggie, John Rhett and Vivian. They attend St. Agnes Catholic Church in Edna, where Shane serves as a church lector.

John Malazzo owns and operates John Malazzo Farms in Burleson and Brazos counties, where he raises cotton, corn, milo, hay and F-1 replacement heifers. Malazzo graduated with a B.S. in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University. He was a Heart of Texas PCA director through its merger with Capital Farm Credit. He currently serves as a director of Producers Co-op Association of Bryan, the Texas Cotton Growers Cooperative Association – Taylor Compress and the Farm Service Agency USDA Burleson County Committee. Malazzo is a past director and agricultural representative of the Post Oak Savannah Underground Water Conservation District, the Burleson County Fair Association, the Burleson County 4-H and FFA Commercial Heifer Show and Sale, the Burleson County Field Crops Committee, the Burleson County Beef & Forage Committee, the Extension Program Council and the Extension Leadership Advisory Board.

Ronnie Riddle of Abilene has owned and operated Riddle Farms for over 30 years. His farming operation lies in Jones, Fisher, Stonewall and Haskell counties and consists of cotton, wheat and cattle. A fourth-generation farmer, Riddle graduated from Texas Tech University in 1979 with a B.S. in animal science. He is a past president of the Rolling Plains Cotton Association and the Texas Cotton Producers and is a past board member of the National Cotton Council and the Cotton Board. In 1995, Riddle was named the New York Stock Exchange “Cotton Marketer of the Year.” Riddle has supported the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) and is currently a board member of the BSA’s Texas Trails Council. He recently was awarded the Silver Beaver Award, the highest award that can be presented to a volunteer by a BSA Council.

Ryan Reichardt is experienced in construction, real estate and ranching. He operates a cow/calf operation of Brangus and Registered Brahman cattle in Austin and Colorado Counties, specializing in genetics and production for developing herd and sale replacements. Ryan also owns and operates private beef and pork sales both to individuals and wholesale to restaurants. He holds numerous leadership roles in his local community, including the Sealy ISD Board of Trustees Board President and the Austin County Appraisal District Investment Chairman. Ryan graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agribusiness.

Rachel Cutrer is a seventh-generation Texas rancher and businesswoman from Wharton County. In 1999, she created Ranch House Designs, the world leader in livestock marketing, and has served as CEO since its inception. Cutrer is also co-owner of B.R. Cutrer Ranch, one of the world’s leading Brahman cattle operations, and a founder and partner of Brahman Country Beef, Brahman Country Genetics, FitBeef and The Ranch Downtown. Cutrer is an avid spokesperson for agriculture, serving as a keynote speaker for numerous events and conferences throughout the state.

Joe David Yates of Mason County is involved in a variety of family ranching and agribusiness interests. These include Bay City Feed in Bay City, Texas; cow-calf operations in the Texas Hill Country, Hudspeth County, Texas and Otero County, New Mexico; and a yearling ranch in Colfax and Union counties in New Mexico. Yates studied animal science at Angelo State University, where he was a member of the 1980 national champion wool judging team. Early in his career, he was the manager of Southwestern Wool & Mohair and general manager of Ozona Wool & Mohair. Yates is a licensed broker in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma and has been practicing real estate for more than 26 years. He is a former director of the Llano County Farm Bureau and a former Llano city councilman. He also served on the boards of the Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association and the Ruidoso Jockey Club and was appointed to the American Quarter Horse Association’s national racing committee.

Jim Brock has extensive experience serving as a board member for many organizations throughout his career. Brock currently serves as the managing, founding member of TBR Advisors, LLC in Houston, Texas, a business advisory services company that provides support and advice for organizations facing operation and financial challenges. Prior to the establishment of TBR Advisors, Brock served as the director and chief financial officer for Prime Offshore, LLC in Houston. He has held multiple executive level positions since 1995 and holds a BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University, Kingsville. He became a certified public accountant in 1986 and continues to hold numerous leadership roles in organizations throughout the Houston area.

Jerred Hurst resides in Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, and is the chief executive officer and owner of Primitive, a digital agency specializing in web design and development, branding, inbound marketing and social media. He has more than 20 years of web and software expertise in various industries.

Sharleen Walkoviak is the co-owner of Covenant Technology Services, which has provided outsourced IT consulting services to Houston businesses for more than 25 years. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in accounting, she has held several financial executive positions and is a certified public accountant. She is a member and director of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and became the 6th female lifetime VP in 2016, returning as an officer in charge for the 2023 Rodeo season. Other roles and responsibilities include serving as president of Amigas Para Niños, vice president of Books Between Kids and Membership Chairman of the Advisory Council of The Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M.  She has been honored as one of Houston’s Most Influential Women by the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce and as a Woman of Distinction by ABC13 / Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
