Justin Renard Named Senior Vice President for Digital Infrastructure and Operations at Capital Farm Credit

Capital Farm Credit is pleased to announce that Justin Renard has been named senior vice president for Digital Infrastructure and Operations at Capital Farm Credit, effective Jan. 1.

Justin returns to the association with more than 26 years of experience within the Farm Credit System. Throughout his career, he has overseen critical IT areas including data, infrastructure, support, security, compliance, and development.

In this new role, Justin will be responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of Capital Farm Credit’s infrastructure, cloud operations, end-user technology and IT support services. He will ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient technology platforms that empower a productive and mobile workforce.

 Justin rejoins the Association after nearly five years as chief information and security officer for AgTrust Farm Credit. Prior to that role, he led Capital Farm Credit’s IT department for nearly two decades. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and has served on various Farm Credit System workgroups and committees. His family has been involved in production agriculture in South Texas for over 75 years, further deepening his connection to our mission and communities.
