Matt Koeneke named Rock Star employee for 3rd quarter of 2025

Capital Farm Credit’s quarterly employee recognition program, Rock Star, was created to recognize Association employees who excel in their role by actively demonstrating CFC’s core values of commitment, trust, value and family. At CFC, we show up daily as a family to support our teammates and our customers within the agriculture community.

The Rock Star Award for the third quarter of 2025 was awarded to Matt Koeneke, senior appraiser.  

Matt leads the association in year-to-date appraisals and goes above and beyond by taking on complex assignments, supporting chattel evaluations, and strengthening key industry relationships. In just two years with CFC, his commitment, expertise, and collaboration have made a remarkable impact.
