Capital Farm Credit is proud to support the next generation of agricultural leaders by awarding grants to six youth-led service projects through its Community Outreach Grant Program. These grants are part of the cooperative’s ongoing commitment to 4-H and FFA organizations, aiming to make a meaningful impact in communities across Texas.
Awarded twice annually, the Community Outreach Grant Program provides funding for a wide range of agriculture-focused initiatives. This fall’s recipients will use the support to launch projects such as farm-to-table education programs and the development of community gardens, tailored to meet the unique needs of their local communities. Each participating 4-H club and FFA chapter will use their grant to bring a distinctive project to life, enhancing both member development and community well-being.
“It’s an honor to champion the efforts of Texas 4-H and FFA organizations,” said Jeff Norte, Chief Executive Officer of Capital Farm Credit. “Supporting youth in agriculture is central to our mission. These projects reflect the spirit of service and innovation that drives rural communities forward, and we’re proud to help them thrive.”
