Community Outreach Grants
The Community Outreach Grant Program provides grants to Texas FFA chapters and 4-H clubs to assist them in bringing positive change by establishing projects that make local communities better places to live. Grants range from $500-$1000; dependent on the proposed budget of the chapter.

Farmer's Market Grants
Capital Farm Credit's farmer's market grant program provides local markets with additional resources needed to support local farmers and the ag community. Each grant recipient receives a check for $1,000 and 200 reusable shopping bags (an added in-kind value of $300) for use at their respective market.
Applications are CLOSED for 2020 but markets can apply for 2021. Eligible markets will be considered with submission of:
- proof of 501c3 status
- W-9 form.
Agriculture Means to Me" Video Contest
Capital Farm Credit holds an annual video contest for Texas high school 4-H and FFA members to celebrate National Ag Day. Students create a 30 second video to tell us "What Agriculture Means to Me." Winners receive a scholarship, with their 4-H or FFA Chapter receiving a donation, as well.
Students can create video at any time, but are not able to upload or start receiving votes until contest opens February 1, 2021.
Capital Farm Credit's branch offices statewide award at least one $1,000 scholarship to graduating seniors who are seeking an agriculture-related degree.
