Can't remember if I spoke to you since our national Limousin show in July. The two heifers we showed at Bryan in June basically swept the national event. We came out of Sioux Falls with the junior champion, bred and owned champion, and best pair. We'd like to talk to you about the advantages (or not) of refinancing.
